Expressing or Pumping

Why this happens

There are many reasons why you might need to express — low supply, wanting to share feeds or returning to work. But pumping can be overwhelming without guidance on equipment, timing, and technique.

What are the challenges of expressing / pumping

You may feel unsure about how to pump, concerned about pumping enough milk, confused about the routine of pumping, or unsure how to store milk or give milk to your baby. Pumping without good support and information can make the process more challenging.

How I can help you

I’ll help you find a rhythm that works — including using the right size of pump flange, optimising your pump settings, supply strategies, and emotional support. Whether you’re exclusively pumping or combining pumping with breastfeeding, you’ll feel informed and in control.

What I offer

• Help choosing the right pump and correct flange size/fit
• Building an efficient, realistic pumping routine
• Strategies to protect or build milk supply
• Milk storage and handling advice
• Emotional support for exclusive or combo pumpers

You don’t have to figure this out alone.
